Return Policy

At gemo7, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your order, we accept returns and issue refunds under the guidelines outlined below.

 

1. Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

 

2. Return Process and Designated Location

To initiate a return, you must first contact our support team at service@gemo7.com to obtain return instructions. You will be required to send the product back to our designated return location. Please note that customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items unless the item arrived damaged or defective due to our error.

 

3. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected by our facility, we will send you an email notification confirming receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
